5×7” art matted to an 8×10”.
Original collage made from my personal sketch book illustrations layering with a combination of acrylic, gouache and watercolor painting, cutting and layering with paper. Each little whimsy creature tells a dreamlike story all its own through use of color and imagery. Very sacred to my heart, I seem to always come back to creating this little originals when I am feeling the joy and inspiration that motherhood is bringing me. They are a piece of me and now my daughter and our adventures and days on our land playing in nature.
